Marvel Company has given his rights to many companies such that, they can make their movies by taking Marvel’s characters, like fantastic four to fox studios, Spiderman to Sony pictures. But in 2008 marvel opened their own production house named Marvel Cinematic Universe. Phase one begins with a really big and blockbuster movie “Iron Man”

An Industrialist, a mechanic, a scientist, a Romeo and a billionaire made his first appearance in the Marvel cinematic universe’s first movie “Iron Man”. Iron was an Industrialist who manufacturers weapons for many individual companies , forces and even for S.H.I.E.L.D. Captured by bad villains in cave, Once he manages to escape, but when he escaped and build new suit out of crap, he decided to use his suit to fight against evil forces and save the world.
The Incredible Hulk

Hulk made his first appearance in 2nd Marvel movie, “The Incredible Hulk”, Distributed by Universal Studios. Earlier there are many Hulk movies with almost same concept but in 2008 Marvel produces its own Hulk Movie. In this movie it was shown that how Bruce Banner turns into Hulk while he gets angry because of getting exposed to Gamma – Rays.
Thor – The God of Thunder

Thor made his first appearance in MCU’s fourth movie after the huge success of “Iron Man”, “The Incredible Hulk” and “Iron Man 2”. Thor, who was a Son of Odin, Asguardian, got banished to Earth from Asguard, stripped of his powers and his hammer Mjölnir, after reigniting a dormant war. As his brother Loki plots to take the Asgardian throne, Thor must prove that he was worthy.
Captain America: The First Avengers

Steve Rogers aka Captain America made his first appearance in MCU’s fifth movie “Captain America: The First Avengers”. It’s the story of a sickly man from Brooklyn who is transformed into super-soldier Captain America and must stop the Johann Schmidt aka Red Skull a Nazi officer who intends to use an artifact called the “Tesseract” as an energy-source for world domination and in all this he has to pay a huge debt in form of his best friend, James Bucky Barnes aka Winter Soldier/ White Wolf.

Avengers movie distributed by Walt Disney made Marvel’s universe bigger, better and wealthier. The Avengers movie puts together many legendary character of Marvel Universe, Robert Downey Jr as Tony stark / Iron Man , Chris Evans as Captain America , Chris Hemsworth as God of thunder : Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Incredible Hulk/ Bruce Banner, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow / Natasha Romanoff, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Tom Hiddleston as Loki.
Many characters like Loki, Nick Fury and Natasha Romanoff didn’t get any of the solo movies as yet.
