Saaho collections have taken an extraordinary opening. It has defied in all predictions and though it was expected that Rs. 90-100 crores would be the best-case scenario for the first day numbers of the film, it has gone way past that with more than Rs 126 crores. Even in some regions, it has destroyed Bahubali Record.

This number is simply unbelievable as unlike Baahubali – The Conclusion, which becomes beyond Blockbuster because of the suspense of its first part. And 2.0, in which Akshay Kumar paired up with Rajinikanth, Saaho was riding solely on the name of Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor. Though it was made in Hindi version as well at the end of the day it will always still been perceived as a product from South. Hence, for a film to still see such an excellent opening is unprecedented.

The film has taken an even bigger opening than 2.0which had brought in Rs. 69 crores gross on the first day. Though the reviews for the film are mixed, the fact remains that the weekend would be huge as there is good booking for Saturday and Sunday as well. Moreover, there is a Ganesh Chathurthi holiday in some parts of the country on Monday and that would further result in good collections for Saaho. All India Gross collection 101 Crores and overseas it collected 25 Crores collection. So, the final total is Rs 126 Crores
